After my divorce I went through a really bad depression phase. My eating habits were out of control and I didn’t workout in any way! I gained around 30 pounds within 3 months. At the beginning of the year I saw a picture of me with my family and saw in my face how out of control I was. My mom had told me that this was going to be my year to be healthy and happy and most if all to heal. So I took that to heart and decided to start Kaylaitsines guides! Some people think that they have to workout 2-3 hours a day. When really you only need 30 minutes a day to workout. I don’t have kids, but my mom has 9 and when everyone is awake in the morning there is just no way to sneak off to the gym! But my mom needs it everyday. I remember when I lived at the house she would wake up at 4 am to go to the gym. Though it was hard for her, she needed it.. Even if it is an at home workout! Just be active for 30 minutes a day.
